CD Delivered

After months of recording and mixing, the Lifters finally took delivery of "Revvin' It Up," the band's second CD, June 2, 2011. The CD is available at the band's performances as well as by mail or the Internet via CDBaby.com

Mastering with the Master
The recording and mixing at Jim Orr's studio over, the next step was "mastering" the CD at Tim Miskimon's Basement Floor Studio. No stranger to the Lifters, Tim mixed the band's first CD, "Livin' - Lovin' - Dancin', " in 2003.

Jim Orr studio

With the discerning ears and nimble hands of Jim Orr at his Bay City Studio in Owings Mills, Md., Big Cam & the Lifters' second CD project was off to a great start in February 2011.

Jim's patience and good musical taste (Jim's own band, the Bossa Brothers Trio, is a local favorite) served theLifters well, as Jim engineered and mixed the 14 cover tracks.
